Each 'kit' consists of a small hand-sewn lavender heart, decorated with a small piece of amethyst, the gemstone that calms and aids sound sleep. The bags are made from mauve or purple gingham, and contain a good couple of teaspoons of Norfolk lavender, renowned for having relaxing qualities. The bag is finished with a bow made from organza ribbon. and sewn in the middle is a small piece of amethyst - the 'kit' is then charged with Reiki, to give it some extra love!
